I waited over an hour and after my appointment was booked for to get in just to do a d&a test. People with appointments booked for after mine where seen before me. Extremely poor service from the whole clinic. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Generally, uncaring fifo doctors who virtually never can find results even when you're called in for results. You then get charged up to $140 because it took them so long to figure out what they are doing. Appointments are near impossible to get same day or next day, but they will insist you come in for any results and will refuse to give them to you over the phone. Office staff can be rude and unhelpful, and you may have to sit on hold for some time before they talk to you.
I was put on hold for ages had to call back to see if they had closed for the day. Very poor reception over phone hope that I don't need to use them again as it would be quicker to fly to Perth for appointments.
