Great staff. Always greeted when attending the mess hall. Nice food selection and crib is great. Rooms are tight but comfortable. Cold water in the shower was welcome. Plenty of food and alcohol options. Woolworths and IGA a quick walk away. The main negatives are the poorly maintained laundries and the stinky cats and kittens pissing everywhere.
Excellent service particularly from two staff members that went out off there way after 8 pm to connect my Foxtel , Keep up the good work.
Accomadation basic and in need of a major upgrade. Expensive for what it is. We had cockroaches and what I'm assuming was mouse droppings throughout the room. The actual hotel was nice and the food was okay.
The dining and beer garden were beautiful and modern with friendly and professional staff. I absolutely loved the lemon myrtle chicken that I ordered for dinner, it's rare to find a place globally that doesn't overcook or undercook grilled chicken and the vegetables had a perfect amount of crisp to it. I will definitely go again when I'm back in Newman
